Do you offer benefits/discounts for licensed designers?

Yes we do! Please fill out our design program form, and we will contact you with additional information on benefits of our design program. 


How long will it take for my items to ship?

Our shipping times vary, depending on the contents of your order. 

Rugs: Most rugs ship via FedEx and arrive within 2-3 weeks of order receipt.

Decor: In stock decor ships within 5-7 business days of your order receipt.

Art: Most of our art is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery.

Lighting: Most lighting ships via FedEx and arrives within 2-3 weeks of order receipt.

Furniture: Our furniture lead times vary depending on the manufacturer, but most items ship within 4-6 weeks from your order date.


Can I get updates on my order status?

Our ship times vary, and we thank you for your patience! You will receive a tracking number as soon as one is provided by our fulfillment teams or vendors.
