We strive to bring you the best quality items and get them to you as soon as possible. Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Please check for this information in the product description when shopping.
Upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately if your item(s) have arrived damaged, so we can file a claim with the shipping company and issue you your refund, or get you a new piece on the way. Should there be any damage, we require you to submit photos of the product upon receiving your order. Please inform us immediately and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot issue a refund unless we receive proof of damage.
Pillows & Rugs
With most of our rugs available online, if in stock should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. (Check product descriptions to be aware if items are in stock or back ordered.) Please allow another week for delivery.
General Decor Items
We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days. Please check product descriptions to see what's in stock. If items are currently out of stock, please allow another 1-2 additional weeks before product will be shipped to you.
Most artwork is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks from our vendors for fulfillment and delivery. You will be contacted once your artwork has shipped.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for large furniture items to be distributed by our vendors, then an additional 5-7 business days for items to be delivered to you. You will be contacted once your item has shipped with a tracking number. Please check product descriptions to make sure items are in stock. If item is currently unavailable, information will be provided on wait time.
